2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our Services. This may include:
- Content and images for your website
- Domain registration details
- Any relevant technical specifications or business requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that all content you provide does not violate any intellectual property rights, is not defamatory, and complies with all relevant laws.
3. Fees and Payments
By using our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services rendered. Payment details and pricing are available in the dashboard on your profile.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you provide to us, including text, images, logos, and trademarks. However, by submitting content to us, you grant WriterWebsite.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify that content for the purpose of providing the Services.
You do not own the website design. If you terminate your WriterWebsite.com subscrition, we’ll will provide you with a zip file of all the blog posts that you uploaded to your writerwebsite.com site. We will keep your web design on file for 1 year. During that time, if you elect to renew your WriterWebsite.com subscription, you can come back without paying the initial web design fee and start again with just the monthly fee.
5. Limitation of Liability
WriterWebsite.com will make reasonable efforts to ensure that our services are performed professionally and timely, but we cannot guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including any loss of data or business revenue.
- Our liability for any claim relating to the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us for the services in the last 12 months.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of our relationship.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the services at any time. If WriterWebsite.com terminates the service, we will provide you with written notice by email. If you elect to terminate the service, you can do so in the dashboard in your profile.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WriterWebsite.com and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the services
- Any content you provide to us
- Violation of any laws or third-party rights
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
